Thai stuff?

well here we go i would like to know some good thai recipes %26amp; please tell me what you think not a web site i want your opinionThai stuff?
Thai green curry is my fav.



Saute some chicken strips oil(15ml)



Add in about 3-4tbsp of green curry paste(shud get it at a supamarket), saute that for 5mins



Pour in 500ml coconut milk and 25ml coconut cream. let it cook for 10mins.



About 10mins before you serve, ad in brocoli, cauliflower, patti pans, mange tout, green beans, baby corn(on the cob).



Serve with jasmine rice and u gud to goThai stuff?
Thai prawns



20 large prawns

Juice of 1 orange

40ml white wine

100g butter

1 leaf citronella

20g fresh ginger

100ml coconut liquer



Curry Paste :

1 teaspoon black pepper

2 teaspoons cumin

1 small onion

1 clove garlic

2 small fresh chilies

1 teaspoon turmeric

1 curry leaf

1 teaspoon salt

1 lime

1 bunch coriander

2 tablespoons oil



Recipe :

Remove and half the zest of the lime and cut into small lengths.

Wash the coriander and remove leaves for use.

Peel and crush garlic, chop onion and mix.

Add lime, coriander and the rest of the spices.

Peel and grate the ginger.

Melt a knob of butter in a saucepan, add the curry paste, wine, orange juice, ginger and citronella and bring to the boil for 2 minutes.

Whisk in rest of butter (melted).

Peel and prepare prawns and steam for 2 minutes.

Serve with sauce, on a bed of basmati rice.

I watch this show on tv and I like how they have videos because it makes it easier to learn how to make the food and shows how it looks I have tried some of the recipes and they have been wonderful ,give it a try

4 small bundles of mung bean threads or cellophane noodles.



soft Tofu.



1/2 lb of Flank steak,



1/2 lb of pork loin,



one whole chicken,



3 eggs,

prawns (fresh or frozen and thawed)



scallop (fresh or frozen and thawed)



calamari. (fresh or frozen and thawed)

Chicken broth. (home made or from the can)















Thai Suki



Ingredients for Home Made Chicken Broth



8 cups of water



One whole chicken cut up

2 tablespoons fish sauce

Ingredients for Dipping Sauce



1 cup soy sauce



4 tbsp white vinegar



4 tbsp fresh squeeze lime juice



2 tsp Tabasco sauce



1 tbsp sugar



Few drops of sesame oil



1 tbsp finery chopped fresh ginger root



1 tbsp finery chopped garlic

陆 cup chopped cilantro leaves

陆 cup ground roasted peanuts

2 tbsp sliced fresh Thai chili peppers or red jalapeno

Fresh ground peppers

Preparing the Home Made Chicken Broth



Boil 8 cups of water in the stock pot on high heat.

Cut up the chicken and add it to the boiling water

Add 2 tbsp. of fish sauce.

Bring it back to a boil.

Scoop out the foam to keep the broth clear.

Cover the pot. Turn the heat down and simmer for an hour.



Remove the chicken bones. And scoop out and discard any chicken fat.

Pour the chicken broth into a large pot

Dipping Sauce



In a bowl, Mix all ingredients together (except peanuts and the chili peppers).

Put in small containers and set beside each placesetting

Add crushed peanuts and chopped chili peppers just before the meal

Preparation

Soak 4 little packages of cellophane noodles in cold water about 20 minutes.

Cut the cellophane noodles into 4 inch lengths

Slice up the meat into bite sized pieces and arrange them on plates

Wash the vegetables and cut them up, and arrange on plates

Cut the Tofu and arrange on plate

In an electric frying pan or deep pan set on a small portable gas stove pour a generous amount of chicken broth

Heat to boiling

Cook meat and vegetables at the table and enjoy
Barbequed Thai Chicken



1 lb boneless chicken breast



3 cloves garlic

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon chile paste



Peel and finely chop garlic

Marinade chicken with garlic, honey, soy sauce and chilli paste for 6 hours (less is ok, but is better if longer)

Bake chicken in a baking dish at 375 for 40 minutes or until done (depends on thickness-if you pound the chicken thinner, may be 30 minutes)



Good with rice.
