Tasty but simple recipes for King Prawns?

I have some raw king prawns in the freezer, I would usually use Lloyd Grossman sauce and make a Thai Green curry.

I fancy something different though so any tried and tested recipe suggestions would be much appreciated!

I do enjoy cooking but don't really like to attempt anything overly complicated so please no super long ingredients lists!

Ideally I'm looking to make a quick(ish) evening meal for a week day.

Thank you!

Garlic butter. Simple as that
My Mum LOVES making this!

Make sure all the prawns are ready to eat, then make some noodles, chop up whatever veg. you like e.g. red peppers, onion, mushrooms, whatever you like! Stir fry this, (heat up a wok, splash of oil, put vegetables in,) and put the noodles in a bowl when done, add vegetables and prawns, mix in, add a bit of soy sauce, and maybe a bit of black pepper, and enjoy!

Heat some butter, when melted add prawns and allow to cook. Add some spinach then paprika, cury powder, cayenne (to taste) seaon with salt and pepper.

Add some cream - however much you like, depending on how much sauce you like - and warm through.

Easy peasy - even i could do it, and all in one pan!

Tastes lovely - I served it with thai rice.
