Can you freeze recipes that have coconut milk in them?

I am making a Thai coconut chicken dish and would like to freeze it to eat later in the month.Can you freeze recipes that have coconut milk in them?
If its cooked , let cool and freeze in freezer that is -18'C . Just defrost it in the chiller and reheat it till boil .Can you freeze recipes that have coconut milk in them?

I don't think so. That doesn't sound right.
yes, most Asian dishes freeze well. but beware of freezing bean shoots,tomatoes,and soft food. Noodles and rice are very good frozen.
