What is the best way to spice up Pad Thai?

The package mix from the supermarket was quite bland. What do you recommend to make it hotter?

Please, no elaborate recipes. I'm a senior, not a gourmet cook. What is the best way to spice up Pad Thai?
Look into your local supermarket where you bought it from in the Asian section buy some chili sauce such as Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce, if not you can add any brand of hot sauce such as the Tabasco or the Garlic Tabasco sauce, any hot sauce %26amp; add a little more chili flakes.
You can add red pepper flakes or use a dash or two of Tiger sauce. Its a sweet and hot sauce found next to tobasco in the grocery. I keep a bottle at all times. Its a very useful flavor boost on anything. What is the best way to spice up Pad Thai?
Use Sriracha chili paste or red pepper flakes. That should give it the kick you are looking for without changing the flavor of the dish.
I have a little tub of crushed thai pepper that I add in little spoonfuls, just like they do in the restaurants. What is the best way to spice up Pad Thai?
I keep a jar of chili garlic sauce on hand, its the red one with the chicken, in the aizen ile, I like it on eggs and rammon
Finely chop some small bird chillies, also add some fish sauce and fresh lime juice, this will make it taste much nicer..
How's about a little cayenne pepper?

That's what I'd use..

OR red pepper flakes.

roast chili flakes...add fresh jalapenos ....if u use hot sauce like sirracha then dont use too much cus it will make it sour ...pad thai is supposed to be sweet
