I'm trying to find a recipe for pad thai (I know recipes vary) and find some that use garlic and others that don't. Does anyone know if garlic is or should be in pad thai? I've eaten it at least a half dozen times and don't recall tasting garlic.Is there garlic in Pad Thai?

i've seen dozens of recipes for pad thai, and some do have a little garlic and some don't. The ones that do have a teaspoon or less.
