actually i would just saute pretty much all of that in some sesame oil (with all the asian ingredients you have on hand, i'm assuming you have sesame oil too...but if not, olive oil or any oil would work, just different, less asian flavor...). you've pretty much got a meal w/ sauce, its just not cooked! you could take the soy and fish or oyster sauce and whisk them together with some vinegar (rice vinegar if you have it, or lemon juice if you have no vinegar at all), salt, pepper (chilies or red pepper flakes if you have them, and there's your sauce. or, you could leave the soy out of that and whisk all of that with your satay sauce (already has soy in it), but im not entirely sure how that would taste...anyway, then all you'd have to do is saute your pork and veggies in your sesame oil (or other oil) and toss them w/ your sauce and serve them over your rice, maybe crush up and sprinkle your fried onion and garlic over the top and you're done.Quick i need a recipe for dinner. I want a pork thai dish. these are the in gredients that i have?
