I don't know how to make veg thai red curry with readymade curry paste. I searched on google but there are lot of different kind of recipe. Can anyone tell me which is the good website for recipes?How to make veg red thai curry with readymade curry paste?
I basically make a mixed veggie stir fry, then add 2 tablespoons of curry paste, and if you like coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes, if your not into coconut milk, add some veggie broth and simmer thicken with cornstarch or tapioca starch like a stir fry, even a dash of cream for some smoothness.
