When I went we ate quite a bit of fried chicken.
The recipe was apparently VERY simple.
Take chicken slice/fillet/piece
Fry in hot oil.
That was all there was to it.
Sorry to disappoint, I'm sure you would far rather cook Pad-thai. I'll come and look for your other replies though, mmmm I LOVE thai food. What is an easy Thai recipe?
Tomyam, if you can find the tomyam paste in supermarkets. Boil a pot of water with a few spoonfuls of tomyam paste according to your taste, then add in baby corns, button mushrooms, prawns and squids. You tomyam can be served after all the ingredients is well cooked. What is an easy Thai recipe?
Green curry, chop an onion, brown it with a meat of your choice (or vairety of veg) add a chopped chilli some red/green pepper chopped and green beans. Stir in a fair lot of coconut milk and add a good quality green curry paste, about 2 table spoons but depends on the brand. Bring to the boil and simmer for a while. Tastes amazing, much better than any pre done jar and serve with rice. Quick and easy.
