What does it mean to "chow" when cooking Thai food in a wok?

I'm specifically looking for a recipe to replicate the "Volcanic Beef" dish at Osha Thai in San Francisco. I found this recipe: http://recipes.recipeland.com/recipes/recipe/show/Thai_Basil_Beef_375

but I have no idea what they mean when they repeatedly instruct you to "chow" in a wok for a while.

Clearly it does not mean, "eat."What does it mean to "chow" when cooking Thai food in a wok?
No, it means to keep the food moving in the wok, very similar to sauteing only on a higher temperature.
