I recently had the good fortune of dining in a thai restaurant call Duangarat's near Annandale, VA. I immediatley fell in love with a dish called Bhram. Chicken slices were cooked in a delicious and aromatic peanut/curry sauce that was not too hot. It may have had coconut milk in it. Does anyone have a recipe or know what i am talking about?Thai Recipe for Bhram
sorry, just checked the web, and a friend who lived in thailand for a few years, and he had never heard of it... course he was in northern thailand, and peanuts were used more in southern.
