Thai peanut sauce recipe?

My mom bought a jar of Thai peanut sauce because she loves it, but she doesn't know what to make with it. Does anyone know a recipe that I can use the peanut sauce with. Thanks.Thai peanut sauce recipe?

Measure Ingredient

16 ounces Chicken, dark meat

2 tablespoons Curry powder

1 teaspoon Five spive powder

1 Clove garlic

1 tablespoon Cooking wine

1 tablespoon Ginger, chopped

3 tablespoons Soy sauce

1 tablespoon Honey

1 dash Pepper

Cubed pineapple

Green pepper, cubed

陆 cup Coconut milk

陆 cup Peanut butter

录 cup Soy sauce

Hot sauce, optional



Cut chicken into one-inch cubes. Marinate chicken in next 8 ingredients overnight. Skewer approximately 1 ounce of chicken and intersperse with cubed pineapple and green pepper. Cook chicken over an open grill until done. To prepare dipping sauce, mix remaining ingredients well. Serve with chicken

3 cups Water

1陆 cup Short-grain rice

1 tablespoon Salt -Spicy Peanut Sauce---

陆 cup Crunch Peanut Butter

2 tablespoons Lemon juice

1 tablespoon Soy sauce

1 tablespoon Molasses, or brown sugar

1 pinch Hot pepper flakes

1 Garlic clove, minced



Measure water, rice and salt into large saucepan. Put on the lid and place saucepan on burner on high heat. As soon as water begins to boil, reduce heat to low; cook, covered, for 20 minutes. Take the rice off the burner and remove the lid. Let stand for 15 minutes to cool. Divide rice evenly among 4 plastic sandwich bags. Shake rice to bottom of bag and roll firmly into logs. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until rolls hold shape when sliced. Spicy Peanut Sauce: Meanwhile, in saucepan, whisk together 1-1/2 cups water, peanut butter, lemon juice, soy sauce, molasses, hot pepper flakes and garlic; bring to boil, whisking often. Reduce heat to medium; cook, whisking, for 10 minutes or until thick enough to coat spoon. Let cool slightly. Using sharp knife, slice rice rolls into 1/2-inch pieces. Serve with sauce for dipping. Arrange slices on a plate with sliced cucumber, radishes and carrots to add colour

2 Green onions; minced

2 teaspoons Peanut oil

鈪?cup Diced yellow onion

2 Garlic cloves; minced

录 cup Low-sodium soy sauce

1 tablespoon Lime juice

1 tablespoon Lemon juice

1 dash Tabasco sauce; (more if desired)

1 teaspoon Ground coriander

陆 teaspoon Ground cumin

1陆 cup Coconut milk

1 cup Chunky peanut butter

30 Bamboo skewers; soaked for 30

Preparation for Grilled Thai Chicken Satay: In a large bowl, combine soy sauce with the next five ingredients. Blend well. Add sliced chicken, cover and refrigerate for two to three hours. Remove from refrigerator and thread one chicken slice onto each skewer. Grill over ash-white coals for three to four minutes on one side and then about two minutes on the other side. Be careful not to overcook chicken. Serve with Peanut Sauce on the side. Preparation for the Peanut Sauce: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add onion and garlic and saute for three to four minutes or until onions are translucent. Stir in remaining ingredients except peanut butter. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and stir in peanut butter until well blended. Serve warm. Serve as an appetizer with crisp vegetables. Serves 6. Comments: Chicken may be marinated, skewered and refrigerated the day before.Thai peanut sauce recipe?
AUTHENTIC THAI'S PEANUT SAUCE



4 teaspoons corn oil,

1/2 cup minced red onion,

2 tablespoons minced garlic,

1/2 teaspoon hot chili pepper

2 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons vinegar,

1/3 cup peanut butter,

1 cup of water



In a blender, combine corn oil, onion, garlic and hot chili pepper; blend for 1 minute

Empty the mixture into a saucepan and place over low heat until the mixture starts releasing aroma. Add peanut butter and mix well over low heat.



Add water and let it simmer for 10 minutes or until thickened.



Stir in vinegar and sugar; continue to simmer for another 1-2 minutes. Taste and add more vinegar and sugar if the mixture does not have the sour and sweet taste.
