Pad Thai pizza recipe any suggestions?

Would like to try to make a pad thai pizza .

Is it possible and does anyone think it would turn out ?Pad Thai pizza recipe any suggestions?
The California Pizza Kitchen Thai Chicken Pizza is really good!

Basically they use some of the sauce for Pad Thai as the pizza sauce, then sprinkle with cheese, cooked chicken breast (you could use one that had been cooked in Thai spices maybe), there is definitely green onion and cilantro on the top as well, maybe some red onion sliced thin. After it's out of the oven you could sprinkle with crushed peanuts and hot pepper.

I think the key to this is to make it a not extremely cheesy pizza. Use a neutral tasting white cheese (like the classic mozzarella). If you use a very cheesy tasting cheese or a lot of cheese, the flavor may not be very compatible with the Thai ingredients. Use just enough cheese to hold everything together.
Maybe...there are many recipes for that Thai Chicken Pizza that came out of the California pizza place. So with a few changes, it could work. You would have to leave out the noodles and find something to use as a sauce, but it's possible.Pad Thai pizza recipe any suggestions?
In a nutshell - no- gross

The real basis of pad thai would clash with the too much dough of pizza. Sometimes a fusion recipe just won't work - I would not eat it.

Not everything can be converted to a good pizza recipe.

basil, shrimp, tofu, picked radish. rice noodles no thanks
agree with above comment. leave the noodle. it's possible to make it as a creative fusion dish. put more prawn and sauce. the sauce from tamarind and palm sugar will make it taste sour and sweet. perhaps put vegetable and peanut after cooking.Pad Thai pizza recipe any suggestions?
I think this is totally doable you might just have to play around a little bit with the recipe....

I would use a peanut sauce as the base and then top it with green onion, some chillies. sauteed chicken, add some basil sparingly....then top it with some cheese....maybe some nice mozza or provolone...and maybe top it with crushed peanuts...I actually think this sounds yummy!
Honestly that's probably the most disgusting idea I've ever heard.

Leave Thai food to the Thai people and fake pizza to Americans. Italians are rolling in their graves right now, I assure you.
