Crispy Tofu Deep-fried firm tofu served with sweet %26amp; sour and crushed peanut sauce. Direction for dipping sauce for the crispy tofu: the garlic (1-2 chopped cloves garlic) + ginger (2 cm chopped ginger)+ add bit water +1tsp rice wine + 2 tbsp oyster sauce +2 tsp sugar +1tsp sesame oil +2 tbsp light soy sauce and cook until boiling.
