I need an Easy Thai food recipe?

Hey there. Im stationed in Mississippi and there is no Thai restaurants here...I miss it...



Im a bachelor so I dont have much cooking stuff...And Im limited in skills in the kitchen...LOL



Anyone out there with an easy thai recipe I can cook myself?

Im thinkin' Thai curry beef or chicken....YUMMY!
