Does anyone know any recipes for delicious Thai food?

Like something I can make for dinner. Thanks for the help!Does anyone know any recipes for delicious Thai food?
here are 3 one fish, one chicken and one beef..oh and a dessert enjoy...



THAI CHICKEN



4 chicken breasts, cut

1 cup salsa

1/3 cup peanut butter

2 teaspoons soy sauce

2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon molasses

2 teaspoons water

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon sesame seed

2 teaspoons oil

3 cups rice, cooked



Bring to boil salsa, peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, molasses and water, stirring often. Keep warm.

Combine chili powder, ginger and garlic powder in plastic bag. Add chicken strips to bag and shake to coat.



In skillet or wok, stir-fry chicken in oil over meduim-high heat, 2-3 min. or until cooked.



Spoon sauce over rice on plates; arrange chicken and sprinkle with sesame seed.



Optional: Garnish with green onion and chives.





THAI FLANK STEAK



1/4 c. lemon juice

2 tbsp. soy sauce

3/4 c. barbecue sauce

1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

1 flank steak (about 1 1/2 lbs.)

Oil for grill

Garnish: thinly sliced green onions



In small bowl, combine lemon juice, soy sauce, barbecue sauce, ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes. Pour over steak, cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.

Remove meat; reserve marinade for basting. Place steak on oiled grill over hot coals. Close lid grill 15 to 20 minutes, turning once and basting with marinade during last 5 minutes.



Cut cooked steak diagonally into thin slices. Bring remaining marinade to boil, then spoon over meat. Garnish with green onions. 4 servings.



THAI FISH DISH



Fish fillets (for example clover sole)

Curry powder

Salt

Bananas or canned apricots

butter or oil for frying



Sprinkle curry and salt over the fish. Fry them in the butter or the oil in a hot frying pan. After the fish has been fried, mash the bananas or the apricots and saute in the frying pan. Serve with rice and a salad.



THAI FRIED BANANAS



4 fresh, firm bananas

2 tbsp. butter

4 tbsp. brown sugar

Lime juice



Peel bananas. Slice lengthwise, then cross-cut in half. Heat the butter in a wok or frying pan until the butter bubbles. Add the banana slices and fry them on both sides over medium heat until they are golden and soft. Sprinkle the brown sugar and stir until it dissolves and makes thick syrup. Transfer to serving bowls and sprinkle with lime juice.Does anyone know any recipes for delicious Thai food?
