My fiance loves Thai Green Curry and I have never made it before. I've had a little look at recipes but they all contain coconut milk which I can't use. I can't use anything containing fish, nuts, coconuts, olives (including olive oil) or eggs.Does any body have a good recipe for Thai Green Curry?
Have not tried this one since a Thai Green curry without coconut is like beans on toast without bean but give it a try:
