Rice wine, seseme oil, hot red chili peppers, basil, garlic, soy sauce and medium brown sugar, or mixed brown and white sugar... the amouts can be played with depending on what you like more of... use a decent amount of Basil, garlic and chili, the rice wine will cook off while you are sauteing, dont use too much seseme oil, it is usually pretty strong... the amounts really depend on how much of the meat you are cooking... these things should be stirfried together... its really an amazing dish... you shouldnt chop the basil, leave whole, and leave the garlic in whole cloves. Chop the chili corsely. you might have to add a little bit of water while sauteing, just be careful not to burn the soy sauce... Good luck
