Try the Thai Kitchen stuff in a box. A lot of it is vegan and if it is, it will say so in bold letters where the ingredients are. The Thai Peanut is my favorite...just add veggies.Vegan Thai Food Recipes Wanted!?
mm yeah i love that stuff in the box to. i like pad thai. it is good with lots of vegetables in it.
