Hey, I want to make pad thai tonight the way the Thai restaurants do, but I want to make sure I have the best recipe out there.

There are many different ways of making Pad Thai, just make sure you add all the main ingredients. This is how I make mine: Fry the veggies first, then add a mixture of curry and peanut butter sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, scramble a whole egg in the mixture, then add the soaked rice noodles. Heat the noodle through, then you're done. Make a hot pepper/fish sauce and lime juice mixture to pour over the pad Thai when you eat it. Good luck and happy cooking:)
