xHealthy indian or thai vegan recipes?
For really authentic indian meals try using one the spice-n-tice recipe kits on the site below. These are mostly 拢1.99 (same as a quality cook-in-sauce) but are properly blended spices that allows you can deliver a restaurant qulity meal in your own home.
We use them a lot for family meals on a Sunday as we can do some meat ones and some veggie to suit everyone. In fact they are all veggie kits - it's what you choose to add that makes them meat so if there are just the four of us my husband just does another pan for his but uses the same spices as us.
Our favourites are things like the jalfrezi and the chick pea curry and I love the bombay potatoes. We also make our own naan bread and add the black onion seed from the same site.
If you want to cook from scratch you can buy all the individual spices at the source - but we prefer the curry kits. They serve 4 so thats 50p a person for something that is really fab.
They tell you what else to buy and give full instructions so you cant go wrong and our teenagers are starting to cook them too.
