Can you buy Pad Thai sauce at nonspecialty supermarkets?

HI! I am looking to make pad thai. The recipe calls for pad Thai sauce, which contains ingredients that I don't think I have access to.

The only grocery stores nearby my house are weis, giant, and wal mart.

Do they sell thai sauce at any of those kinds of stores, or would i have to go to some kind of special place?Can you buy Pad Thai sauce at nonspecialty supermarkets?

I can't help much as I'm British and I can get Pad Thai sauce from a supermarket. If I have none then I mix lime juice, brown sugar, fish sauce and dried chilli and use that instead. Maybe some garlic and ginger too. Hope that helps. I always top with crushed peanuts as that makes it perfect.Can you buy Pad Thai sauce at nonspecialty supermarkets?
Pad thai sauce is just fish sauce you can check out how I make it on my youtube channel "dhmongdudecancook", look for the pad thai video I make mines a little different but it taste better than how the the original is made
